The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange. Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for return. 🔁 Return Process: Contact our support team via 01935509957 with your order number and issue. We will verify the issue and confirm the return/exchange. You must return the product via courier (customer bears the return cost unless it’s our fault).
